  Unfortunately they took my phone order saying that it was the same as doing it through the App orders already (I was using the app as a menu, something we all do). The Alaska L combo calling the local totally differs from that of the App, they did not take care of the difference in all tastes, even when they are mentioned by phone and detail for questions while asking by phone, when making the claim, the receptionist He was laughing at the situation. I asked to speak to someone more respectful and I cut off the call. They did NOT solve the problem, I just wanted to exchange it for the real order I had placed. They wouldn't let me do it. They laughed at me, they disrespect me. And they told me that if orders show something else and I want a claim I should have done it there. I do NOT recommend your attention, the sushi is rich, but if there is no good service or problems, the place is NOTHING.

  Very bad! My order went anywhere with another name and to top it off when I call to claim they cut me 3 times after explaining my problem, the fourth they treated me very badly ..... the order arrived 2 hours later AND WITHOUT COLD.

  My first and last experience was NEFASTA. To start, I place the order, being 10 blocks away they wanted to charge me the shipping but this of course did not include the tip given to the delivery. They told me that at most, in 50 minutes they would send it to me. After more than 1 hour I called and they told me that the delivery had just left. When it arrives and I pay (amount ok) and I open my order, I realize that it had nothing to do with what I had asked for! A disaster ... NOT RECOMMENDING IT FOR ANYTHING
