  It's a pretty hotel with a great view, but it has quite a few problems. We requested that they clean our room at a specific time, they agreed but never came. After asking them to clean it again, they said they would a second time yet failed to come again, so they never cleaned our room. The free breakfast is okay, but you're not allowed to serve yourself. Instead you have to ask them to serve you what you want. The portions they give you are small. While they don't require masks anywhere in the hotel, for some reason they require that you wear one while you ask for your breakfast, only for you to take it off after walking 10 feet to your table. It is a senseless rule. Your two minute masking requirement isn't doing anything to help the world, it has been two years since the pandemic and you're still enforcing illogical, inconsistent, and useless masking rules. Stop treating your paying guests like diseased children. The treadmills in the gym have problems with the belts and periodically stutter when running at high speeds and throw you off your balance. The electrical outlets in the room are too far away from the bed, you can't use your phone in bed while it's charging, for example. The WiFi connection was terrible and inconsistent. The pools were nice however. Generally the hotel was clean, but the random problems listed above made the overall experience less pleasant for me.

  Great hotel. Quiet location. Friendly staff. Walkable to the town (in good weather) although you can also take their free shuttle bus (of reasonable schedule every day). I went to the lake on foot on a sunny day, and explored the town, and wanted to find somewhere for dinner but all were fully booked unless you just wanted to grab fast food… Ended up taking the shuttle back to the hotel to have dinner and was pleasantly surprised! Food and wine both great and not much pricier than downtown. Muy excelente servicio también. Breakfast choices were simple, but sufficient. Room was on the small side, but very cozy and clean. Highly recommended. (Stay in 2018)

  Been there last year and the stay was enjoyable. Small room but adequate. Good breakfast and nice staff. It was cold but good for a walk to the city for food and shopping.

  Hotel was nice, a bit outside the city center but had a shuttle. Staff very friendly. Breakfast wasn't good though.
