  They are horrible. They say they visit your home when they don't even visit you or call to coordinate a visit. Two days without moving from my house. I had to travel 160 km to find a package for which I had paid for delivery to my home 🤬🤬🤬🤬

  Disrespect on Andreani's part, I called 10 times in 2 days and they never answered me. I really can't understand the disrespect to the customer.

  Parcel, parcel and correspondence delivery office. Very clean with covid regulations, there is a marked separation between the staff and the client, delimited spaces for the line, alcohol at the service. Excellent treatment and kindness of the staff.

  The service is terrible, we went to the store 3 times to withdraw a debit card and the delivery man always has it, on the other hand the delivery man says that he visits us and it is not like that since they have the wrong address, we told the lady who attends (in a very bad way) to please correct it and nothing, in conclusion it cannot be removed and the parcel does not arrive at your home either. They are very unprofessional.
