  Awful attention. Two hours of waiting on the sidewalk with very low temperature. While inside with heating and seats available and nobody cares about anything!! People are treated like beggars and they are not aware that they are employees of the state. It is incredible that they receive a salary.

  Very bad attention, I went to ask for recognition of years of service with the original certificates and they don't give it to me because I have to bring those from the province as well. I wonder if I am going to retire in the province so that they ask me for the certificates if they have to give me the recognition of what it takes them 😡😡😡

  Very bad attention and mainly delays the truth that I do not know what are the scheduled shifts. If you have to wait more than an hour or an hour and a half.

  I went with my dad and I had excellent attention on Tuesday 27/3 from the lady who attended us. The only negative is that it took more than half an hour of the agreed shift.
