  Much remains to be learned and applied in relation to customer service. Communicating by phone is a difficult task and the vast majority of the time there is no solution.

  There is a moderate wait in the lines. Employees do not make more turns than necessary in the procedures and the ATMs always have cash.

  The truth is that going to collect is going to a lottery. Out of order ATMs, long queues and now it is not the first time that I have been able to verify that the payment or debit card movements are not updated at the same speed as what you can see on the card pages. You go to the bank and you have to take a course to know where to go. A setback undoubtedly.
