  Quite comfortable facilities with spacious rooms, however with somewhat high prices for the benefits. It does not have WiFi and the cable TV service is not of good quality. It has a garage, although since parking spaces are not designated, many times there is no place to park, especially because users misuse the spaces.

  Without security service. The gate is open to anyone. Elevators go bad and do not show maintenance services

  Excellent place, to rest comfortably, and at home, since although it is not a 4-star hotel and maybe not even a hotel, it is the best option in Sáenz Peña, because it allows you to rent a new excellent apartment per day category and with everything you need to feel at home.   It is a nice place to spend a few days. It is quite spacious and very bright. The general cleaning is good, except for some things such as the electric oven in my case (it does not have a gas stove, only the oven). Very good price and the people of the place very attentive. Only details are missing, such as completing kitchen utensils (pot, satin, kettle, etc.) to avoid having to ask if you need them, and the bathroom shower had no curtain.
