  A shame as we receive tourists in San Juan, my relatives stayed and the truth was that it was an embarrassment from the facilities to the responses of the owner! Lack of space, lamps that did not work, lack of plugs, deplorable. I am surprised that it is enabled, I hope the owner takes note and reverses the situation since a list was left with the innumerable shortcomings of its facilities... Atte un sanjuanino

  The Apart Hotel Veladero de San Juan is located on 9 de Julio Street, 200 meters from the Bus Terminal and about 1,500 meters from the City's 25 de Mayo Central Square. It is a modern, clean Hotel, with SINGLE Rooms (!!!) with everything you need for rest, a good bed, good linens, TV, WiFi, Heating and a small but comfortable Private Bathroom. It offers parking in the same place. The included breakfast is basic, coffee, tea, milk, 1 croissant, 2 toasts, jam and butter. In the Breakfast Room there is a Mini Bar/Dining Room for some dishes and/or drinks (at a separate cost) to enjoy in the place, in the Star or at the tables on the sidewalk. I lowered a "star" in my score because there are several details in the rooms and/or bathrooms (I am talking about Rooms 12 and 13, Singles that I used) that lack "maintenance" such as broken plugs, heater that does not work (later changed) , nightstand that falls ... small details that should be solved after cleaning the room and the other detail, which influences my rating, is how "noisy" it is from the first hour of the morning when the staff enters. A pity that having everything to have a super optimal rating, it deteriorates due to a sum of small maintenance details. I want you to take it into account. An Accommodation where Price-Quality coincide. I highlight the pleasant attention of the staff, ready for the guest to have a good time.

  The place is new, good service and amenities are the same you commonly get in hotels in other parts of Argentina but at a very reasonable price. At the time I visited they didn't have WiFi access, which is why I gave it 4 stars, I hope they changed that by now. Other than that it is a great place to stay at in San Juan!
