    The truth is, the attention of this branch is very bad, very little will to solve the problems. I needed to make some inquiries about some installments of my loan and the truth was they treated me with great disdain.     This bank has 3 ATMs (1 self-service for deposits or withdrawing money) inside the branch there are 2 self-service to make deposits the attention of the staff is good it could be better poor organization many people gather those who go with shifts, those who they use the ATM and the line to use the self service to make deposits it should be noted to improve this problem

    The bank is very good but it is unacceptable not to be served by phone. I have been trying to communicate since 10 o'clock this morning and I only hear the little music on the phone, advertisements and the voice of "All our operators find a call in progress ...". That undoubtedly pulls down the grades. It is shameful that they do not attend to people. And at the branch it takes no less than 45-50 minutes to be taken care of since they have only one person at the reception desk and you have to stop by yes or yes to be taken care of. You can't treat people like that.
