When withdrawing cash from the ATM, I did not know that it was going to give in $100 bills, I grabbed them and while I was trying to accommodate them in the wallet, at the moment I am going to grab the card, the ATM swallows it. A lady who works there told me rudely (from the rooftops) that I should go, that I won't be able to receive the card, that when they take it out they break it, that I have to talk to my bank to get another one and so on. Without further ado, he gave me a hand sign in the way to downplay something. But hey, talking to my bank they told me what to do, I took my shift on the same day and his colleagues took my card, they didn't cut it or anything, just because of his good colleagues I didn't give him a star. On the subject of treatment, it would be good if they are understanding, speak to you in a good way and do not make hand signs to downplay, or that you shut up, that is not the way to work and advise someone who has a problem. I wouldn't go there again unless it's the only bank in the world, just for that.
