A lady who works there told me rudely (from the rooftops) that I should go, that I won't be able to receive the card, that when they take it out they break it, that I have to talk to my bank to get another one and so on. Without further ado, he gave me a hand sign in the way to downplay something. But hey, talking to my bank they told me what to do, I took my shift on the same day and his colleagues took my card, they didn't cut it or anything, just because of his good colleagues I didn't give him a star.
