  Terrible attention, terrible the bank in general, they do not give you solutions, they have no idea when you consult about problems that they themselves originate.

  Please, that the information desk employee have more consideration for the people who are waiting because they leave their post and take an awful lot to return to their place, forming huge queues that run along the sidewalk of Calle Sarmiento. They have to contemplate that it is already winter and it is cold, the sun sometimes -in spite of it- "hits" hard, which is also harmful; And not to mention if the wind blows. They could also, if the security personnel report that many people were crowded, temporarily add another employee(s) to report. Thank you very much.

  Although the bulding is being modernised and transactions get more and more digitalised, service inside the bank is incredibly slow and the red tape is unbearable.
