  The phone number that they put does not answer, they never leave you waiting 20 minutes, it tells you that you are supposedly in a line to be attended to and when your turn comes, the call is cut off, it seems to me a total mockery on the part of the bank. A waste of time.

  Always crowded, but the elderly are well taken care of. The ATM area is always littered and many times out of service.
