  I went for an account restoration and unknowingly came back with insurance. They made me fill out data on a form and the next month I received an insurance bill. I complained and they said that last month I had bought and signed the product.

  Few people or no one. The girls who serve inside are very friendly, it hurts the receptionist who doesn't feel like working.

  Fast and effective. Very good attention from Mrs. Elena at the reception. Cleaning in the facilities.

  The only bank that won't let you withdraw money from the ATM if you don't have a health pass. A ridiculous shame. One thing is customer service, another very different thing is the cashier. A shame.

  They denied me the withdrawal of a product claiming that I cannot do it if I did not make the full payment of a debt when it is ILLEGAL (they have a central bank poster and everything) where it explicitly says that no debt can force you to continue with the continuity of a service. In addition, the shift system with schedules is a joke, it is only a qualification to enter the premises then once inside the service is in order of arrival. They should clarify that instead of giving you a schedule which they will not meet
