  DISASTER!!!!! EMPLOYEES DON'T KNOW WHERE THEY ARE STANDING!!!! TODAY THEY MADE ME WAIT 3 HOURS TO DELIVER A MEDICAL CERTIFICATE (THE FAITH OF LIFE) SHAME!!!! PS, I QUALIFY WITH ONE STAR 🌟 BECAUSE OTHERWISE IT DOESN'T GIVE ME THE OPTION TO WRITE MY EXPERIENCE !!!

  I want to say that it is a shame, look at the bills when they charge, in an amount that I withdraw they gave me, a torn bill, I lost 50 minutes for them to change a bill, apart from listening to the cashier, telling me that they, they did not change, the Next time I'm going to take all the time to see what they give you, the cashier is rubbish, they serve the elderly!

  terrible attention, long queues to serve people and with random shift systems they make you wait for hours and others who have just arrived are attended to immediately. To make matters worse, it only has ONE ATM, not even the state banks in the neighborhood have so few!

  The truth is the bank of horror. From the moment you set foot in that place, they start to mistreat you, including security, the blonde girl at the entrance and the cashiers. Very rude and petulant. The call system disaster. There are no chairs for the elderly, and on top of that they mistreat them when they don't understand something. The worst experience of my life in banks, I do not recommend it at all. I have never been in an environment as toxic as this bank. The only solution there would be for that place is to kick everyone out and hire young people who really want to help and work accordingly.
