  You ask for a business day to do a procedure... and the branch is closed... it says that it opens on July 11... we are on July 25 and nothing... where all our deposits go... who Can you help us with a complaint... I put 1 star because 0 star doesn't leave you...

  I went to get money from one of their ATMs and they didn't give it to me, they told me to go to another ATM but the money was no longer in my account, now I call the bank and no one answers the phone

  The worst bank ever. ATMs NEVER deliver money, and when you go to cash out the attention is a disaster, they even treat you badly. "Why didn't you withdraw at the ATMs??" And not smart, if they do not deliver the money, it will be difficult to withdraw.
