  I just arrived from the branch, I wanted to make my fixed term, after more than two (2) hours of waiting, the girl who attends me tells the SECURITY to make me my fixed term. At one point the SECURITY tell me that I could not open my account if I did not deposit in one of the torem to make deposits. I told him that I thought that since my money was in the account, that would not be necessary. Question that I went to the treasury part they gave me bundles of 100 pesos each and the SECURITY guy who was supposedly "teaching" me how to do it deposited them in my account, and since we came from Spain he told me that THE money and that it takes 24 hours. I went to talk again with the person who supposedly had to do the job that the security guy was doing wrong and a girl just came who I didn't notice her name but she wasn't the one who took the burden of serving me, a chubby girl ( sorry for the description, I don't disqualify her) and she takes the balance of my account to verify if I had made the fixed term. Question that was not like that, what the SECURITY made me do was take out cash from my account and redeposit it, in my account. Finally, when this girl attends me, I finally manage to do my paperwork. A total waste of time and credibility of your branch, since in addition to complaining by this means, I will do it in the central office.

  The disrespectful security guy has no tolerance, very bad treatment, look for another job. House that mistreats you in places that provide services I am a client I have the right to good treatment. This goes straight to consumer protection.

  The security person gives him the best wave !! but it seems to me that the bank managers in two years of pandemic did not understand anything. I say this because I had to make an appointment online to be able to withdraw the debit card (which before the bank was in charge of sending it to your home). In this way they join a line in the street and if the sun clears the earth or if it rains and you are an adult it does not matter! (It is not my case), but it bothers me a lot. It is not that they attend to the touch with turn and everything always some delay. And if I take the trouble to go, I want it to be more than quick !! Inside the bank the attention is very good and predisposed. But it seems to me that they should improve the logistics in the delivery of the cards. I lost two hours of work because the bank closes you at 3:00 p.m.
