  I needed help at the ATM during banking hours, the staff at the door told me to ask people or my family for help. Speechless

  Endless lines outside the ATMs. There is no staff to give a hand to people who do not understand, they do not facilitate anything. In times of pandemic they should be more attentive to the needs of the beneficiaries.
