  They are scammers. They offered me a credit card, when I went to activate it (wasting half a day for my turn to attend), the employee who did the operation informed me that if I did not use the card it would not have any cost, only if I used it They were going to charge $ 35 a month and only for the duration of the installments. Well, they are debiting me a lot of money for the maintenance of a card that was never used.
