  They are scammers. They offered me a credit card, when I went to activate it (wasting half a day for my turn to attend), the employee who did the operation informed me that if I did not use the card it would not have any cost, only if I used it They were going to charge $ 35 a month and only for the duration of the installments. Well, they are debiting me a lot of money for the maintenance of a card that was never used. On top of that I am going to lose another morning to make the claim and they deny me that there is any card expense and they send me to call a visa. Obviously, when I call for a visa, they tell me that I have to go make the claim to the Bank because they are charging me. They are thieves, in no bank what happens there. Attention is fourth, and to be attended you have to lose a whole day!
