  ATMs and self-service terminals work poorly, or of the 6, only 2 in service. Suddenly they close the door and for 1 hour they cannot be used. Appalling.

  More than 2 hours of waiting to be attended in boxes. Of 4 boxes they only serve 2. ATMs also work very poorly, therefore long queues form. Also, it is impossible to communicate by telephone with the branch (they call and they do not attend and the communication ends up falling). Fairly poor branch of a very good bank!
