  The self-service terminal is stuck with my data on the screen and the bank staff did not care.   Very bad attention I had to wait 3 hours to be attended and I told the cashier N2 that I was waiting from 1053h until 13h 15h and she replied that she wants me to come earlier a rude one to be where she is and thanks to the user she is in that place she doesn't know what I had to do before arriving at the bank like me many people complained and we didn't get answers from anyone there were only 2 boxes that attended a shame they don't comply with the law that is in force even mom with children who cried but tired of waiting I pray to God not to have to return to this bench many want to change and they are right
