  SUGIERO IR A OTRA SUCURSAL. Eviten ir a esta sucursal. Fui a hacer un trámite simple para contratar un servicio que ya tenía pago. Quien me atendió hizo todo lo que estaba a su alcance por no resolver el trámite y complicarme las gestiones (ya lo había hecho en una ocasión anteriormente). Me mintió incluso diciendo que había "impedimentos por parte de AFIP", y nada que ver. Muy mala predisposición para atender, grosero y hasta con problemas de imagen. Pude resolver mis gestiones en otra sucursal, solo me pidieron un mail (ya tenía toda mi información cargada en el banco). Me llama la atención, porque era más fácil resolver mi trámite que dar mil vueltas e inventar cosas como hizo el empleado. Sospecho que quiere que lo echen, está trabajando hace tiempo y siempre tuvo mala predisposición. La sucursal está saturada y el clima laboral es malo.

Mediocre with an arrogant and haughty tone of voice. I have twice attended the customer service branch where the employees of 4 and 5 won the award for the worst user service

  The truth is that the attention of this branch is a disaster, they treat you badly and speak badly to you. Operationally they are also a disaster, they can never solve anything for you. They charge more than anyone and they hate their job! I do not understand.

  I went because I had problems with my debit card and the treatment they gave me in box 4 by the customer service girl was horrible. It's the first time I've been treated like this at bbva after years and the truth is that, added to the problems I had, it made me want to stop being a customer of the bank.
