The ATM service, which is the most used, has improved a lot. Both for withdrawals and deposits. And the best thing I can go at any time of the day, especially because I don't live in Carlos Paz

I have a credit card with a limit of only 10,000 since I have no proof of income. Every month I pay 4,000 card and out of nowhere they charge me 12,000 YES TWELVE THOUSAND pesos for account maintenance and VAT for account maintenance, thus exceeding the limit that they themselves gave me of 10,000. It makes no sense, and all they say is "PAY because it's already billed and it's like that, since you don't have justified income so you have to pay that amount to keep the account" WHAT??? BURGLARS. Institution of fourth

"This ATM is not delivering money at the moment." Being a client of the entity (which I rarely make withdrawals) I had to withdraw cash at a Santander branch. That is where I read that it is the only branch in VCP (?) Clean the area and recharge the ATMs on weekends. More when they know that the city collapses with tourists.

BBVA FRANCES CREATES IT'S OWN PROBLEMS BY MAKING CUSTOMERS GO TO THE BANK WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR PIN OR DEBIT CARD. I WONDER HOW MANY BBVA CUSTOMERS HAVE TO GO INTO THE BANK TO RESOLVE ISSUES WHEN THEY HAVE A PROBLEM WITH DEBIT CARDS AND PIN NUMBERS. BBVA SHOULD ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO MAKE CHANGES ON THEIR COMPUTERS. THEY SHOULD'NT HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE A REP. YOU WOULD THINK BBVA FRANCES, IN THIS TIME OF THE CORONAVIRUS, WOULD WANT TO KEEP CUSTOMERS FROM COMING IN, SAFER FOR CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES. OTHER COMPANIES DO IT.
