  A disaster the attention of all the staff, from the guard to the manager. Large people waiting for more than three hours standing on the street and people with "priority" entering and leaving in 5 minutes. A lack of respect, they leave a lot to be desired as a company.

  To anyone who reads this comment, I recommend that you look for another bank, for the following reasons: -The service in this branch is very bad, they do not solve any problem and each employee washes their hands. -The App is very bad, not only that it is cumbersome and not very intuitive, but different errors constantly appear that make you unable to do anything. -Customer service by phone is terrible, you have to wait half an hour for them to attend to you and then afterwards they do not solve anything. I've been calling 3 times for the same problem and I still haven't solved anything. They do not merge because it is a public bank.
