::To anyone who reads this comment, I recommend that you look for another bank, for the following reasons: -The service in this branch is very bad, they do not solve any problem and each employee washes their hands. -The App is very bad, not only that it is cumbersome and not very intuitive, but different errors constantly appear that make you unable to do anything. -Customer service by phone is terrible, you have to wait half an hour for them to attend to you and then afterwards they do not solve anything. I've been calling 3 times for the same problem and I still haven't solved anything. They do not merge because it is a public bank.
