::You can only enter with a previous shift, but of the 8 attention boxes, only three have bank personnel and of those three ONLY ONE IS ATTENDING. In other words, they call someone, they answer it and call another or they stop answering and in another box they start calling. This causes many people to gather and you have to wait with several people in a closed place, where no one disinfects the seats and where they hardly respect two meters. You don't know where to stand in that long and unnecessary wait. When they called my attention he was cordial and friendly. I was able to fix my problem.
