  I leave this comment after 2 months trying to solve my problems with this bank. I have the account blocked with money inside, and nobody gave me a solution, especially Miss PAULA ANDREA ARRIAZA who directly IGNORE me. They made me go from Buenos Aires to Carlos Paz, where they were supposed to give me a solution, and it was the same thing. The truth is a deplorable service

  The prominent person at this bank is Mr. Security, who is at the door welcoming anyone who has questions. A genius, he's been around for a long time and he's never stopped solving customer problems. I hope there are more people like him. Regarding the bank for me it was the best, today a disaster, they lost quality

  You can only enter with a previous shift, but of the 8 attention boxes, only three have bank personnel and of those three ONLY ONE IS ATTENDING. In other words, they call someone, they answer it and call another or they stop answering and in another box they start calling. This causes many people to gather and you have to wait with several people in a closed place, where no one disinfects the seats and where they hardly respect two meters. You don't know where to stand in that long and unnecessary wait. When they called my attention he was cordial and friendly. I was able to fix my problem.
