::Until before the pendemic, "Premium World" customers were received in a separate sector (they even gave coffee). The officer who attended me was actually 10 but she left. The last few months I went for two reasons and was attended by the same account officer at the branch: both times I left with a lot of frustration. He did not want to solve the problem for me but to get rid of me quickly. The first time the problem was not resolved and they opened a claim which closed practically the same day ... without a clear resolution.
