  To be the only state bank in the entire city, it is quite neglected, both in terms of cleanliness and in the building part. It has 3 ATMs of which the vast majority of the time only works 1. It is true that people do not take care of them, but anyone can enter them since the lock does not work and the door remains open, so as for security leaves much to be desired
