  You have to be very patient. The attention of the boxes is moderately agile, but they do not serve all that they should. ATMs are a disaster, they are very few for the number of times there are. To do any type of procedure in the desk sector you have for two hours minimum, it is the least efficient part of the bank, there the attention is nothing to highlight.

  Excellent attention! Security personnel take care of everyone and even retirees or disabled people so they can collect their pensions without the need for complicated queues
