  Excellent attention from its owners, María Eugenia a genius, they advise you regarding the places and always available. The rooms, clean, spacious and nice bathroom, a cozy place. The only con is the noise at night that comes from outside, a very busy street.

  Casa Patagonica is a "bed and breakfast", hostel-like place. You get a room with private restroom, breakfast is also included. Owners live in the house. You meet them daily and their family. They are very friendly. Even staff may be there with there children, which gives place to meet and enjoy a chat. This is an absolutely friendly place for families. The room we stayed was small but adequate for 4 (and we were 4 plus a baby so we knew it would be tight).Place is clean. Beds could be better but they are ok. Breakfast is good. In addition to your room, you can use a common area for breakfast or lunch/dinner: you cannot cook, but you can warm and eat simple meals in this area, in addition to just use it to sit and talk (enlarging your actual room's space...). There is place for 2 cars; or 3 if you talk to the other drivers knowing who leaves earlier in the morning. The area is very nice, 400m from the beach and about 1km South from the commercial area - you can walk and drive over there in a breeze, and you have some smaller shops nearby, and you do not get the noise and people of other places. We would be back there again next time we visit Puerto Madryn!
