  It's a shame that they still have 3 ATMs, this little town doesn't work anymore, the grandparents always line up and line up and when they arrive there's one or two because they always get stuck or run out of money. They should add at least one 6 more ATMs!!!

  They are understaffed as they only have one employee in the entire place. It treats you in a bad way, it does not solve anything, it only recommends calling. And they do NOT have a sign where they inform the opening hours.

  Terrible service. You go to have your problems solved by a natural person and they send you to call and do everything over the phone. They serve you reluctantly, in a bad way and make you wait too long, since there are enough staff to attend. Not recommendable.

  Terrible attention. Terrible service, the truth is, I can't understand how they hire people who don't feel like working. I don't recommend it at all

  I went to make an important consultation, they were not kind, I understand the general situation, but that is not an excuse to mistreat a client. Not all inquiries can be made by phone or web, and less when they have a disastrous, poor, disgusting service line, one of the worst for a bank. I advise that you remove all employees and better select your staff.
