::Terrible service. You go to have your problems solved by a natural person and they send you to call and do everything over the phone. They serve you reluctantly, in a bad way and make you wait too long, since there are enough staff to attend. Not recommendable.

::I went to make an important consultation, they were not kind, I understand the general situation, but that is not an excuse to mistreat a client. Not all inquiries can be made by phone or web, and less when they have a disastrous, poor, disgusting service line, one of the worst for a bank. I advise that you remove all employees and better select your staff.
