::Mala experiencia en dos oportunidades. Ya realicé la queja formal, no obstante quería compartir por aquí. En guardia atendieron a mi hijo de 13 meses con mucho ruido al respirar, agitado y tos. La médica me dijo "mamá quédate tranquila que es un moco atragantado", con esas palabras, ni siquiera le tomaron la temperatura. Me fui sin diagnostico. Mi hijo tenía laringitis, aclaro que puede ser un cuadro grave en niños porque se cierra la vía aérea. Lo diagnosticó la pediatra cuando conseguí turno, estuvo 15 días con medicación. Además de la falta de atención específicamente médica también me encontré con profesionales que no tienen empatía y con cero grado de calidad en atención humana. Casualmente todas mujeres las que me tocaron, me pregunto por que toman médicos residentes de estas características para brindar un servicio? claramente no voy a volver.

::A disaster. I don't understand how there are doctors who can be so inhumane. It is about the health of our children. I took my son to the guard because he had a fever of 39 and a terrible headache and the doctor's response was what do I do when I have a headache, do I go to the doctor or do I take an analgesic??? I tell him that my son has repeated headaches and he tells me that he is going to treat only the viral one (the fever) that a tumor in the head does not cause a fever. I totally repudiate this deal! They take advantage of people's vulnerability.

::The guard part is excellent, they have always treated us well and quickly. What they would have to improve is the delay in shifts for the sanatorium. Many of the professionals are excellent and others leave a lot to be desired
