We explained the situation of our trip, and he intended to change our shift right there. The circumstances by which we arrived, I repeat, 10 minutes late was simply due to the delay of the train, not due to our fault. Complete rudeness and inconsideration, due to our situation. How do they intend to postpone my daughter's health like this? His excuse was that the patient after us was about to arrive, when we were already there. The only recommendation to everyone is to never go to this place. I will not hesitate to denounce these actions. I wish I could express more the frustration I feel about this situation. I would give it 0 stars if possible.

::Appalling. I took my son to do an evoked potential study. Zero patience with the baby who, obviously, moved like any 2-year-old boy. Not even 3 minutes had passed and I already wanted to spend the study for another day (turn for which we waited a month). He finally stood still with cartoons, and the office headset is TAPEED. Wires taped up, kept coming off all the time. He did the study in half, basically. And it takes another month to give me the results. Clearly those who comment on his professionalism and patience are family or friends. In these days I am going to make the corresponding complaint to OSDE
