  I had a shift scheduled 3 months ago, when the day came, I had to make a 3-hour trip, since I live in the Capital and my social work does not have any headquarters where I live. I took my daughter to this center to do a study of sleep (computerized EEG in sleep and an electroencephalogram with complex activation) My daughter and I were outside, ringing in the rain, and she did not want us to come in or attend because we had arrived 10 minutes late. We explained the situation of our trip, and he intended to change our shift right there. The circumstances by which we arrived, I repeat, 10 minutes late was simply due to the delay of the train, not due to our fault. Complete rudeness and inconsideration, due to our situation. How do they intend to postpone my daughter's health like this? His excuse was that the patient after us was about to arrive, when we were already there. The only recommendation to everyone is to never go to this place. I will not hesitate to denounce these actions. I wish I could express more the frustration I feel about this situation. I would give it 0 stars if possible.

  Appalling. I took my son to do an evoked potential study. Zero patience with the baby who, obviously, moved like any 2-year-old boy. Not even 3 minutes had passed and I already wanted to spend the study for another day (turn for which we waited a month). He finally stood still with cartoons, and the office headset is TAPEED. Wires taped up, kept coming off all the time. He did the study in half, basically. And it takes another month to give me the results. Clearly those who comment on his professionalism and patience are family or friends. In these days I am going to make the corresponding complaint to OSDE

  I have been seeing comments for 2 years that have problems with the telephone, everything is fine beyond the professionals who attend there, but the coordination at the reception is terrible, in addition to the delivery of the results for more than 20 days, the telephone does not work to consult , etc., I hope they take my comment into account to go to this place!

  All good, except for something that caught my attention is that they do not take your temperature or ask you anything about covid. That seemed kind of lazy to me at the pandemic protocol level.
