  Although the founding document of the city has been lost, and with criss-crossed news of the time, written in various documents handled with little prudence, errors have been detected in the process of founding the city, transforming itself in this way into an oasis of legends, mysteries and folk tales, since they adopted the easy road of mouth-to-mouth repetitions. However, beyond the disappeared act, that process of foundation can be studied and understood today.
