  comfortable rooms, has a good bathroom, good beds, parking, reasonable price, just need to improve the external parks and gardens ... recommended for those who go on a trip to Las Grutas or SAO and SAE.

  Bad experience. They were not kind in the attention, I am still waiting for the towels (I was there three weeks ago). The air conditioning is handled by them, I also did not find a way to turn off the fan. Price not commensurate with the few amenities. I would never go back

  The concierge, an older man, attends to you with terrible stubbornness, as if someone is afraid of him. The bathroom, the water from the bidet, the sink and the shower, all flood through the grid. You don't know if you're taking a shower to get clean or if you're getting a foot infection. They don't provide breakfast. I do not recommend it at all

  There is one thing that seemed scary to me, especially in a pandemic. The person who clears the breakfast tables cleans the dishes by hand instead of washing and cleaning them with alcohol! I will not return, it does not give me peace of mind! They should train the staff.

  It is comfortable and gets you out of trouble on the trip. Book before, because it is full. Breakfast starts at 6. But I didn't get to the hot water for the thermos😒because they don't replenish according to demand. With parking!
