The truth is that I am a little disappointed by the care in this hospital, although the hospital is in good condition, it is clean. The attention leaves much to be desired, the guard is collapsed. They have patients waiting to enter an operating room and leave them for several hours without even giving an estimated time of when they will enter. Visiting hours are minimal. With a few exceptions in terms of care and organization, the rest is very weak for a hospital that depends on one of the municipalities that collects the most money in taxes.

In 2018, the Hematology team in charge of Dr. Lisa Labra rescued me from Chronic Myeloid Leukemia. Almost 5 years have passed. I am municipal and I do not attend to IOMA, I defend the municipal. Doctors like Storani, Labra, Prieto, Pereyra, I don't know how to find them easily.

One star is too many. Shifts opened in admission at 7.30. They do not give a number, you have to queue "in order of arrival" There were 3 people attending. But one of them only took turns for something special. (They do not warn that if with a poster) The other two employees called when they wanted. I had to have 20 people ahead. When the shifts are over they didn't even warn!! People were still in line and they are not capable of putting up a sign or going out to warn. They really are a mess. Something that can be much faster and more effective. They do it slowly and poorly. Those people don't deserve to be working in a hospital. With people who need help.

The doctors, nurses and medical staff here are amazing. Very kind and compassionate. Thank you to them for their help. Xxx

It is not enough with equipment and building infrastructure also to focus on human quality from stretcher-bearers to medical emeritus. If nurse fail, in vain doctors work.. Mr. director, the most vulnerable area of your hospital is HR (Human Resources)
