  I have no complaints against the hospital, but the secretaries are inept. Put qualified people please, I happened to see several times that they said they did not have shifts for a certain specialty when in fact there were shifts left. Today I went at 5 in the morning. They gave me a shift for the afternoon, when in reality the shift was for the morning, obviously I wasted my time and also the shift. Nobody goes to the hospital for pleasure, but out of necessity and pain. They can't play like that with people's health. And our salary is paid by us with our taxes, but they treat us without any consideration.

  Today I went to the Rossi Hospital guard, I really want to highlight and thank the care that was given to me from the man at admission, through the nurse who took my data, the nurse who did the controls and finally the doctor who treated me. I'm sorry I don't know their names, very good attention and predisposition! Many thanks!!!

  I went for a test on suspicion of Covid and they treated me super cordially, both in person and on the phone when they informed me of the result. First time I go to Rossi, very good experience. I update the comment. A year has passed and I come to reinforce the opinion, I had to take my mother to the guard since she lives in another province and her social work does not work in the city. The attention was super friendly and in 15 minutes they had already served us. They took all control precautions and my mom was super calm, they responded to all her concerns. We are very grateful to all the staff who, despite the precarious situation of health employees, their care continues to be excellent. Thanks!

  On guard there is very good attention. In sales admission, your health problem is interviewed in Triago and they rate you in which emergency you are green, yellow or red. My husband underwent all the necessary studies. Obviously be patient. very good doctors

  I went last night, and on Monday at 1am, with my daughter very sick, dehydrated and with a fever, as always, the attention was impeccable, they controlled her progress and only after 2 hours did they allow her to leave. The building of the new guard, a luxury... but above all I appreciate the excellence of the professionals.
