  Disastrous shift system. The phone forget that they answer you. The website stays halfway totally inoperative. Personally, I was queuing for 2 clock hours and I left without being able to get it out, as it is possible that the same line to be attended and to take turns. The person who cracked this has no idea what it means to optimize the time-quality-service equation.🤦‍♀️

  A disastrous place. My mother passed away there after almost a month of hospitalization. They neglected her, they did not administer intravenous medication properly (antibiotic that should be given every 6 hours, they did it every 9 hours and then every 3 hours), oral medication they told us that they did not send it to them from the pharmacy (we had to buy it in particular way) and like this much more. A quality department that is a joke, they do nothing in the face of complaints. They made my mother suffer due to sheer negligence and lack of professional ethics, the suffering could have been avoided. I am not going to expand on details, I just want to raise awareness so that they do not go to attend to themselves or take loved ones to that place. Before doing so, check the Facebook group “Victims of the aberrant South American hospital in La Plata”. The testimonies that you will find there reflect exactly what happened to us and to so many others. Patients and relatives are mistreated there. Also ask them that if they had a bad experience, malpractice, patient abandonment, mistreatment, they communicate it to their social work. Justice will be done.
