  Very nice hotel; the staff very friendly. Spacious, bright and clean rooms. The breakfast is very complete and rich. They should expand the menu a bit for the cafeteria service during the day. In the rooms, they would have to clean the padding, since they have some sand. I would return without a doubt.

  Magnificent ACA V. Gesell hotel with buffet breakfast!! Facilities for people with disabilities, rooms on the ground floor for the elderly or young children. Great buffet breakfast, varied and rich. Hot water in the dining room available 24 hours. Limited menu in the dining room with a discount for members. Heated indoor pool and another large outdoor pool. The park and services and facilities are impeccable. The attention of the staff is very warm. I loved the tips of environmental care!! The hotel faces the beach which is very comfortable. I will definitely be back!

  I have been coming for several years and I always gave it 5 stars. December/January 2022 I give it 1 star. It used to be a quiet place but now with the stages with loud music from 10am to 8pm (continuously) it's unbearable. The rooms facing the beach leave something to be desired. Bad dining room. As if they had changed owners ... incredible. The only thing that remains excellent is the attention of the employees in all areas.

  I was surprised by the spaciousness of the rooms and how they were modernized. Cleaning 10 points. The pools are beautiful. The breakfast fresh and rich. Many options. The hot water for the mate does not wash it! The friendliness of the employees.
