::I paid $7,000 for an overnight stay as soon as we entered there was a bad smell, as if they had left a wet towel there all day. The TV control did not work for me, I called to complain and they told me to aim it at the TV, literally my boyfriend had to stick the control to the TV and press the power button about 3 times to turn it on, when we managed to turn it on It has only 5 channels and it was seen with rain. We turn on the jacuzzi and the smell got worse, it was unbearable. I ended up asking for my overnight stay to be canceled and the man on the phone was really rude and he didn't even let me explain why I wanted to cancel the overnight stay and he cut me off, then he calls me again and tells me that they would refund me half of the money and cut me Just like that. I do not recommend it at all. Appalling

::The place is horrible, I do not recommend it! not even if it was the last place. the very old TV had no image... only sound. the bed a slice of cold meat, I woke up with a stiff neck. the very old bathroom tiles the power outlets too, they were round, who has a charger with round legs?. The air conditioner is wall mounted and makes noise. We hardly slept because of a leak, if it wasn't the leak it was the air and if not the cold. Because they only put a sheet on you, get ready!!!! the soaps came open and there was no conditioner or shampoo

::Horror!! The bathroom leaked water, the air conditioning was activated by telephone, the telephone was not answered, the television was a miniature from more than 40 years ago, like the stove and all the decoration, the lousy bed. We're in and out in half an hour. Perhaps the only good thing was that it was the only place to spend the night at $1,900 on a Friday starting at 11:00 p.m., the other places cost $5,000 because you had to pay several shifts to combine with the percnote.

::I can only comment on room 11, an old room but quite well preserved and large, they don't sell food, they say that because they are not allowed due to covid19, so go with a full belly because we didn't eat anything overnight, and that must be why there is no toothpick or toothpaste, if you have to charge your cell phone, bring an adapter since the sockets on the walls have 2 round legs, even so, I think I would return, when they sell food again and if the price is still just as affordable

::safable. But I would not go again. The place is nice but the room 22 that I went to was not. They don't have food and the truth is that I and my partner thought about having dinner there and spending the night, they don't have food. The bed was really a very thin "feta" like the pillow and the next day I woke up with neck pain. Cleaning is fine. THEY DO NOT HAVE CABLE SERVICE which we had to watch half-blurred air channels. And above all the TV was very small. The rest is fine, but I really do not recommend it. I prefer to pay 200 pesos more and go to a better place. For the first outing I do not recommend it, I recommend it as the last option.
