::Great value for money ratio. Super convenient location, clean rooms and the staff's polite and helpful. The Dickensian breakfast system has room for improvement as one has to queue up patiently for one of the kitchen ladies to ask what one would like to have and it's not as you just could ask for everything in one go so it becomes a bit of a hassle. On top of that, some of the attendants are not very personable and seem determined to ignore you, which adds to the nuisance. I totally understand the fact that they may want to avoid crowds swarming about the buffet but in the end this "system' totally defies logic. They might as well take your order at the table and deliver it like most hotels that don't offer full buffet breakfast do.
