  A lack of respect. A place like this should not be enabled. Everything broken and dirty. The toilet had no button. The bathroom was disgusting. I'm sorry about the stay. Eye they do not give you the invoice but they charge you VAT.

  Terrible attention, there is no customer care, they never did room service because they thought we were leaving that day. The cleanliness of the room leaves something to be desired. A shame

  The hotel is a disaster, old without maintenance, the bidet did not work, the wifi does not exist, a pillow was missing and nobody gives you a solution.   Cute and cozy place! The very good attention all the employees very kind. The great Hygiene Rooms very comfortable and with air conditioning.
