::The service in the branch is good. THE bank, the worst thing that I experienced in my history as a bank customer. They don't solve anything for you, they tell you one thing and another happens, they hang up on the phone. It's a disaster, print everything they tell you.

::Horrible attention. They made me go to this filthy branch three times and with zero protocol care not to solve anything for me. They gave me different answers on each visit and it was not until I consulted with consumer advocacy that I was able to resolve my problem. Not only the facilities and the capacity of the employees are deficient, but it became clear that the bank lies and does not comply with current financial regulations. I recommend staying away from these criminals.
