  Excellent attention. Very clean and super friendly. We stayed two nights and continued to Madryn. I recommend it and would choose it again

  I am very satisfied with this hotel, it is very clean and very spacious, the attention of its owners is very good, I love the balcony that faces the street, it has a small table and three folding chairs where we shared some mate while we looked at the landscape, it has a bathroom Three sets of towels and washcloths, a bidet, a toilet, a sink, a shower and the shower is delightful, the water comes out great, I would stay for hours ♥, it has a large mirror, a shower curtain and a hair dryer, a small trash can, of course shampoo duo, toilet soaps and toilet paper 👍 in the room a double bed and a girl a closet with doors and drawers, a microwave, an ice cream maker, a 32" TV and most of all an electric kettle (I loved it 😻) because I loved it I spend drinking mate, the padded sheets and super white towels 💖

  I stayed in some apartments that they rent 40 meters from the hotel, it's also called kette. So. Guys but it has all the comforts, stove microwave ventilated cable TV hot water that lasts a lot the man who attended us did not hesitate to assist us since everything was closed we were late but very friendly

  Very bad relation price and quality. Old facilities, centralized air conditioning (they turn it off when they want with 30 degrees of heat), poor breakfast, the Wi-Fi does not work properly, the minibar does not work. You complain to the owner and he denies it with an arrogant tone. Let the $6000 that they scammed us serve them. We asked for a refund for one day ($12,000) leaving the room on time, because we did not feel comfortable. And they only returned $6,000 knowing that the service they gave us was lousy. A shame! Look for hotels that there are many and with better service. This hotel does not invest, nothing is recommended!
