Very bad attention and bad service, they brought us the pizza and they had not brought us the plates and cutlery, when we claimed them, they brought it to us after a while. We ordered a pint and it was brought to us when we had almost finished the pizza… The girl seemed out of sorts, we demanded her things and she said "yes right away" and she didn't bring us anything. At the time of charging us, they apologized for the disastrous service, but they had no consideration of not charging us for table service (covered) ... at least not charging it after the poor service. The pizza more or less, the rich empanadas.

The empanadas are very rich, especially the one with meat on a knife. They sent me two wrong tastes but I let me know and the next day I looked for them and they didn't want to charge me for another one that I bought... Because of the confusion. Very good attention.

It is unfortunate that having a new waiter NOBODY helps him on his first day, he has two colleagues who clearly have much more time in the place and they leave ALL the tables for him and do not even help him by leaving the menu. We asked the waitress for the drink because he was a thousand and told us "it's not my table" people end up yelling at him for the delays when the responsibility lies with the place to organize the team and especially establish a slightly more humane culture. Food is not the only thing that one values in a place.

The attention is HORRIBLE. I went to buy empanadas to take away, I paid with a debit card and on the receipt I saw that they charged me 3 thousand extra pesos. I show it to the girl, and the other one who was there without even apologizing threw my silver on the counter. As if that weren't enough, I told him I apologized but that a thousand pesos were missing, he again flung the money around (apparently it's his habit). I left saying thank you very much and good night, I did not receive a greeting or an apology. Anyway... the empanadas are good, the ones with mild meat are medium spicy.
