::Siendo las 18.20hs ingreso para la atención del pediatra y me informa la secretaria que no tomaban más ingresos. En la sala de espera habría 5 niños esperando...consulta hasta que hora trabajan????

::Terrible la espera!!!! Se entiende que hay q esperar. .. pero 4 hs !!!! es demasiado con un niño enfermo!!! No lo recomiendo para nada..... Si tienen su niño enfermo busquen pediatras particulares , saquen un turno y vayan ahí.....me gustaba la natividad xq podés hacer todo en la misma cuadra, una rx un labo lo q sea....los pediatras son re buenos, pero los tiempos y el amontonamiento de gente lo hacen insoportable.....4 hs espere hoy , la nena no daba más de cansancio! Nunca más!

::I always choose it because I have no knowledge of good pediatricians in Neuquen. Except 1 but it is impossible to get a turn with him. I give it 3 stars for the lack of agility and information capacity that they provide when they are collapsed as in these weeks (18/O4/22) due to that supposed flu that is going around. 2 or 3 hours of delay for them to call you by the number, if they don't start chatting or making jokes with the doctors or acquaintances who come to see you. After 3 to 4 hours of delay for the doctor to call you. If one goes healthy and worried about the son, both of them return home infected by the lack of ventilation and the crowding of people. You already know that this is so. In cases like this put 2 or 3 more boxes!!!! This way they save themselves from having so many crowded and annoying people

::As a suggestion, they should add and improve the seats, I spent 3 hours with my son waiting, they are very hard! End up contracted. I understand that it's a time of respiratory infections but you can't wait that long with children for them to attend to you. In addition, the secretaries have bad answers, attention must be improved. Another point, they tell you the number of patients you have in front of you and then they end up being more, they told me 5 and it was 7.

::Highly recommended. Excellent professionals and great attention from the Secretaries. A special mention for the secretary who occupies the middle position, I think her name is Soledad. I went with an emergency and gave us peace of mind, very expeditious and humane.
