  A HORROR They have all the elderly people waiting for hours and hours and they send them to self-service terminals with a level of technology that is extremely complex for older people to use!! So they go on a pilgrimage around the bank to see who can be willing and help them. It is so difficult to assign a person to help the elderly??? Not to mention that one takes an online shift and when he arrives at the branch he is tied to his times, that is, eternal. I appreciate the exceptional care of Mr. Mario Garay who treated me kindly and helped me. Everything else about this branch is a HORROR I hope this criticism is taken as constructive and they improve especially for older people. Thank you
